Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you ordered. If you're not, here's exactly how returns work — no fine print, no runaround.

The 30-day window. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.

No restocking fees. We don't charge them.

How to start a return. Email britt@axleoperations.com with your order number and a sentence about what's wrong. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — returns sent without authorization can't always be processed.

Who pays return shipping. If the return is because of our error or a defective/damaged item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For some low-value items, we may simply refund you without asking for the item back — we'll tell you if that's the case.

Refund timing. Once your return is received and inspected (or approved for a returnless refund), we process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice — and we cover the shipping.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items can't be returned once opened. This is noted on the product page where it applies.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship (usually within 1 business day of ordering). Once an order has shipped, treat it as a return.
