By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them readable.

The basics. You agree to provide accurate information, to be old enough to make a purchase (the age of majority where you live), and to use the store lawfully.

Products & pricing. We work to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or description error on something you ordered, we'll contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order before shipping. Product images are representative; minor variations can occur.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or a pricing error). If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Payment. Prices are listed in US dollars; where your region supports another currency, the amount shown at checkout reflects that. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout.

Shipping, returns, refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property. The store's content, branding, and design are ours or our licensors'. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
