Shipping policy

We're straight with you about shipping because guessing helps no one.

Where we ship from. Orders ship from US-based warehouses operated by our fulfillment partners. We deliberately stock from US warehouses so delivery is fast and trackable — not weeks of overseas transit.

Where we ship to. The United States and Canada.

Handling time. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment.

Delivery time. Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 4–8 business days. Canadian orders may take a few days longer due to customs. Each product page shows a realistic delivery window for that item.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after it's generated.

Carriers. We ship with established carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, and their partners) depending on the item and destination.

Shipping costs. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Promotions (e.g. free shipping over a threshold) are stated on-site when they run — we don't bury surprise fees.

Canadian orders & duties. Orders to Canada may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by customs. Where these apply, they're the customer's responsibility; we work to minimize them by shipping domestically where possible.

Lost or stuck shipments. If tracking stalls or a package doesn't arrive in the expected window, email britt@axleoperations.com — we'll chase the carrier and sort it out, including a replacement or refund if it's genuinely lost.
